An Evening of Terror with Doug Bradley

On October 17th, British actor Doug Bradley, best known for his iconic role as "Hellraiser’s" Pinhead, will perform dramatic readings of some of literatures most terrifying text. Let yourself be consumed by Mr. Bradley’s ominous voice which will lend a macabre tone to these horror classics, guaranteed to transport you to the dark and sinister underworld of these terrifying tales.
The evening’s recitation will include classics such as Poe, Lovecraft and many more terrifying tales, which will be followed by a Q & A session with the horror film legend. Join us for this chilling evening on October 17th at 8pm at Bricolage Theater in downtown Pittsburgh’s cultural district. Tickets are $25.00 (ToonSeum members are $20) and proceeds will benefit the ToonSeum, Pittsburgh’s non-profit museum of comic and cartoon art.
The event will be preceded by a special VIP reception with Doug Bradley at the ToonSeum. The VIP event includes wine, whiskey, and signed copy of the Hellraiser comic book and your choice of an Spinechillers audio book by Doug Bradley.
Cost for the VIP event is $50 (ToonSeum members are $45)
About Doug Bradley:
Doug Bradley is probably most famous for his role as Hellraiser's Pinhead - Dark Prince of Pain, Angel of Suffering, Leviathan's Lord of the Damned. As well as the Hellraiser series, Doug has starred in Clive Barker's Nightbreed, alongside his friend Robert Englund (Freddy from A Nightmare on Elm Street) in The Killer Tongue, and in two award-winning short horror films On Edge and Red Lines. Doug also voiced and Executive Produced the anime feature Dominator and adapts, directs and performs the Doug Bradley's Spine Chillers series of films and audio books. Other film and TV appearances include Inspector Morse and the movies The Prophecy: Uprising and Pumpkinhead: Ashes to Ashes. Doug's theatre work includes his one-man show An Evening With Death. He also showed us his literary skills in the insightful and entertaining book Behind the mask of the horror actor.
